Bitte vor dem Einstellen oder Montieren der Gasdruckfedern lesen.

Gasdruckfedern sind mit Hochdruck-Stickstoff gefüllt und dürfen unter keinen Umständen geöffnet oder übermäßiger Hitze ausgesetzt werden.

1. Der Innendruck einer Gasdruckfeder ist sehr hoch und sollte mit Vorsicht behandelt werden.

2. Lösen Sie mit dem mitgelieferten Innensechskantschlüssel die Madenschraube, bis Gas hörbar austritt. Anschließend die Madenschraube wieder festziehen.

3. Lassen Sie das Gas nur in Sekundenstößen ab, um zu vermeiden, dass zu viel Gas freigesetzt wird.

4. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis sich die Gasdruckfeder wie gewünscht verhält.

5. Stellen Sie bei mehreren Gasdruckfedern diese abwechselnd ein, um die Gleichheit zu gewährleisten.

6. Montieren Sie die Gasfeder mit dem Zylinder nach oben. Das Einstellventil befindet sich am obersten Ende des Zylinders.

7. Die Gasdruckfeder muss während der Einstellung aufrecht stehen, wobei sich das Ventil oben befindet und die Stange nach unten zeigt, um übermäßigen Ölverlust zu vermeiden.

8. Während der Einstellung kann ein kleiner Ölnebel aus dem Ventil austreten. Dies ist normal.

9. Vermeiden Sie übermäßige Kraft beim Einstellen der Madenschraube, da die Madenschraube dadurch beschädigt werden kann.

10. Die Madenschraube darf auf keinen Fall entfernt werden.
