Für unser gesamtes Sortiment an Gasdruckfedern werden strenge Tests durchgeführt, die bis zu jeder neuen hergestellten Charge fortgeführt werden.

Wenn Sie bei uns kaufen, garantieren wir, dass Ihre Gasdruckfedern nicht in einem Lager gesessen haben, wo sie langsam Gas verlieren, Dichtungen austrocknen und verhärtetes Chrom korrodiert. Wir wechseln unseren Lagerbestand regelmäßig, was bedeutet, dass Ihre Gasdruckfedern frisch aus der Fabrik kommen.

Ordered a pair of gas struts for my Polo 2015. Fitted them on to the vehicle and found that although the centre to centre distance was correct, the tube length of the new struts was longer. As a result when installed onto my boot, the boot was unable to close because the struts bottomed out. Looking at the box it looks like I have been sent the wrong part. Easy fix you would think.
Sent an inquiry to Braumach, the first response asked for all sorts of details already provided by my original inquiry eg order number and name. Waste of time. When I did actually get a response they asked me why im having trouble fitting them and to get back in touch once I had fitted them. Waste of another 3 days because I fitted them as soon as I got them. Thats how I knew they were wrong.
Several occasions I have pointed out the number I have on the box I got is not the one I’ve ordered. I sent screenshots of what I ordered and what I got. Had no response to mention anything about the part numbers. The response times are terrible, their manner wholly unprofessional. There’s no contact number to make the process quicker.
As it stands my last response was they will get back to me with a solution. That was 11 business days ago.
Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional service. Should be such a simple fix even for a refund or to at least read my responses properly and answer accordingly. Never again
